picture, phone number & other basic details will be shown in the Admin App.

Softmeet requests permission to syncs with your device Contact List on which allows you to select
a contact to start a chat with. Your Contact List is not uploaded to our server. All contacts saved
on your Device are one by one pinged to the server to check if the contact is already registered as
a user in the database but never uploaded the contact list. It is only visible within the device
itself.
The application needs Audio & Video recording permissions to render Audio & Video Calls services
within the Application. Audio & Video services are only active during Video & Voice calling feature
being used in the App. Audio recording is also used for sending voice messages in chat.
This app may request access or permission to files, Pictures, Audio, Video & mobile storage to pick
or save media data from your device upon your request.This app will also use this for sending end-to
end encrypted messages in chat.
We may request access or permission to and track location-based information from your mobile device
to send your location to the peer on your request while chatting, if you wish to share your location
with the peer.
In addition, your ID number and your Softmeet Profile password links your personal detail to the
transaction database and assists us in ensuring that your confidential information and transactions
are kept secure. Your product device detail (i.e., your electricity meter number) is associated to
your records purely to execute your transactions.
No matter who you interact with, whenever you use a website, mobile application or other internet
service, certain information almost always gets created and recorded automatically. The following
information enables us to explore the opportunities in the market and provide you with innovative
products and services. The information cannot be linked to you personally.
Information our servers automatically collect when you access the Application, such as your
native actions that are integral to the Application, including liking, re- blogging, or replying to
a post, as well as other interactions with the Application and other users via server log files.
This app may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device including
storage, contacts, gallery, camera, microphone, Bluetooth, etc. If you wish to change our access or
permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.
Device information such as your mobile device ID number, model, and manufacturer, version of your
operating system, phone number, country, location, and any other data you choose to provide.
We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or the Application. If you
wish to opt-out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device’s
